Congratulations on making the travel soccer team! If you are new to the club or a returning player, we welcome you and your family to the Goshen Soccer Club. The following links will allow you to get a uniform order form and a work bond form.
1. REGISTRATION FORM-
You need to
register on-line using the following link https://www.sportssignup.com/goshensoccerclub.start.
Please follow all instruction carefully. Registration cost is $225 checks made payable to the Goshen Soccer Club.
2. UNIFORM ORDER FORM-
Complete this form. As the order form indicates, you need to purchase a white shirt, a blue shirt, shorts, socks. A reversible practice jersey is available for those who do not already have one. You may add the cost of the uniform to the registration fee check.
3. WORK BOND-
Please fill out this form and attach a check for $50.
ALL CHECKS ARE MADE PAYABLE TO THE GOSHEN SOCCER CLUB.
The club meets on the second Wednesday of each month at the High School, all are invited to attend.
