Congratulations on making the travel soccer team! If you are new to the club or a returning player, we welcome you and your family to the Goshen Soccer Club. The following link will allow you to get a uniform order form.
1. REGISTRATION FORM-
You need to
register on-line using the following link https://www.sportssignup.com/goshensoccerclub.start.
Please follow all instruction carefully. Registration cost is $200 for U14 and
up players (external training not included) and $250 for U13 and below
(external training included). Please make checks payable to the Goshen Soccer Club.
2. UNIFORM ORDER FORM-
Complete this form. As the order form indicates, you need to purchase a white shirt, a blue shirt, shorts, socks. A reversible practice jersey is also required for those who do not already have one. Please write separate checks for registration and uniform orders to simplify our accounting.
ALL CHECKS ARE MADE PAYABLE TO THE GOSHEN SOCCER CLUB.
The club meets on the second Wednesday of each month at the High School, all are invited to attend.
