2005 TRAVEL SOCCER
RETURN TO YOUR COACH
The Goshen Soccer Club is requiring a work bond check to insure that there is adequate help at our fundraisers. Recreation players participate in an indoor tournament in February and we organize a golf outing in the spring. These events can't happen without your help. We will collect a work bond in the amount of $100 from each family. All checks need to be dated November 1st and will be collected by your coach on that day. We will be asking you for 3 or 5 hours of your time (depending upon the number of children you have in the travel program).
WE DO NOT CASH THE WORK BOND CHECK UNLESS YOU FAIL TO HELP OUT WITH OUR FUNDRAISERS.
Checks will be held until after the indoor tournament and returned to your coach at our May meeting.
If you have more than one child in the travel program, you need to fill out one form for each
child. Submit ONLY ONE CHECK PER FAMILY to your youngest child's coach.
If you cannot fulfill the obligation above mentioned, please note it somewhere on this form and
the club will certainly try to consider it.
