Our Programs

Goshen Soccer Club

The Goshen Soccer Club, a non-profit organization based in Goshen, New York, is dedicated to the development of its youth through the game of soccer. Our goal is to provide youth soccer players of all ages and abilities with a positive, safe and rewarding soccer experience. We emphasize player development, good sportsmanship and developing a love of the game. GSC programs and activities focus on helping young players build strong physical, intellectual and emotional skills, develop positive self-esteem, and build character by learning hard work, respect, honesty, sportsmanship and teamwork.

Snoopy Soccer is a high-energy, developmental program that introduces children to soccer. Though creative and fun games and activities, weekly sessions focus on the FUNdamentals of soccer like dribbling, passing, and shooting. Respect, teamwork and sportsmanship are also highlighted throughout the course of the program. The Snoopy Soccer Program offers kids a wonderful opportunity to experience the joy of soccer, develop motor skills and enhance growth and development by learning basic skills for success in the future. Participants will build on the skills they learned in the Fall session.

Goshen Soccer Club staff of licensed coaches and trainers run the program, along with junior trainers - current and former Goshen High School soccer players.

Goshen Soccer Club Cares

By Goshen Soccer Club 11/22/2022, 12:37pm EST

With food pantries now serving more families than ever before, the members of the Goshen Soccer Club again decided to act and graciously donated non-perishable food items to deliver to the Goshen Ecumenical Food Pantry.
This holiday season is a great time to reflect on the blessings we are thankful for, but it can also be a difficult time for those in need. The demand for food assistance is rising. With food pantries now serving more families than ever before, the members of the Goshen Soccer Club decided to act and graciously donated non-perishable food items to deliver to the Goshen Ecumenical Food Pantry. Through their amazing generosity, the Goshen Soccer Club was able to donate multiple bags and bins full of groceries.
Soccer teaches us many life lessons, such as hard work, humility, respect, teamwork, and responsibility to name a few. The Goshen Soccer Club strives to develop our players so they can apply these life lessons, succeed on and off the field and be members of our community that we can all be proud of.
It is wonderful to see our young players and their families having a positive impact on our community. We will continue working hard to make additional donations to the food pantry and helping those in need.
